In 1994 Hanna-Barbera's classic 60's cartoon and family-favourite, The Flintstones, made the leap to the big screen as a live-action movie starring John Goodman as the titular 'Fred Flintstone'.

Fred lives with his wife 'Wilma' and neighbours 'Barney and Betty Rubble', and their respective children, in the Stone-Age fantasy world of Bedrock, where cavemen and dinosaurs co-exist and prehistoric equivalents of cars are powered by the passengers feet.

They also belong to bowling leagues and this is Fred Flintstone's 'Water Buffalos' bowling outfit worn by John Goodman in the movie, plus his rock bowling ball prop.
Rosanna Norton was Costume Designer on the movie and you can also see her work in Carrie, Tron and Barb Wire to name but a few.

Also photographed upstairs on the ceiling of the Planet Hollywood Cafe in Las Vegas on April 7, 2011, was this fantastic prehistoric sports car, made from bones, wood and animal skin, featured in the movie.
